As a building consultant, he is responsible for conducting assessments and reporting on building issues in an accurate, comprehensive and timely manner. His responsibilities for this position include conducting on site assessments to establish cause and quantum of insurance claims, compiling highly detailed and in depth scope of works, reports as well as photographic and video evidence, composing and submitting in depth reports in a timely manner which replicate assessments and make recommendations for the acceptance/declination of the insurance claim or parts of, based on the customer’s insurance policy, liaising with repairers in respect of works to be completed, providing advice and support to all key stakeholders in respect of scoping, tender and other assessing related issues involved in the claims process and providing excellent and professional customer service,
Kevin has a Diploma, holds a QBCC Builder Licence, a QBCC Builder Site Supervisor Licence and a QBCC Trade Contractor’s Licence, Certificate IV in Property Services, Certificate IV Building and Construction and have a current Safety Blue Card and a Health and Safety Training Certificate.
